Diagnostics
and Repair
Inspection
The check always starts
from inspection for external
damage, integrity,
and completeness of
the injector.
Disassembly
After being washed in an ultrasonic
bath, the injector is tested on a test
bench.
While checking and identifying
the discrepancy between
the actual and reference parameters,
we contact the client and discuss
the conditions for further
restoration and repair of the injector.
Next, the injector is disassembled.
Damage Assessment
Visual inspection for mechanical
damage to internal parts. This
mainly concerns the valve,
the spray, and the anchor group.
Using a special tool, the integrity
of the threaded connections
is checked; using a tester,
the resistance of t
he electromagnet, the capaci-
tance of the piezo element
and its chassis fault
are checked.
Assembly and
Adjustment
After selecting the parts
necessary for repair,
the injector is assembled
and adjusted using a set
of special tools and a test
bench.
Final Check
The injector is fully
tested on a test bench,
and a new fuel correction
code is assigned.
